I spell it F E A R C E because like my Mother, I believe you must face your fears to live the life you want. You must overcome your fears to obtain your goals. You must keep your faith as you move from fear to F E A R C E. Facing my fears to reach optimal health spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and environmentally is F E A R C E.
